To measure your waist, measure around your natural waistline on bare skin using a flexible tape measure. Your natural waistline is the crease that forms when u bend to the side, above the belly button and below the rib cage, also make sure the tape measure is not too loose or tight.
Next, to measure your bust use a soft measure without your bra on or a bra with the least restrictive cups. Firstly measure in inches your chest under your bust where the lowest part of the bra will sit, if the result is even add 4, if it is odd add 5. This is your band size.
Then measure around the fullest part of your bust, this measurement in inches is your bust size.
To get your cup size subtract your band size from bust size, if the two are the same, you are an A cup, if your cup is 1 inch larger you are a B cup and 2 inches larger is a C cup, this continues throughout the alphabet! Simples!
