You can return any item free of charge for any reason ( yes any reason ) to fun-4-two for a whole YEAR ( 365 days ) after your purchase date.

At Fun-4-Two we want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us, so If you feel that the colour, size, make ,model, shape of our products isnt quite what you wanted, please get in touch.

You may try on any of the lingerie or clothing to see if its the right sexy item for you, and all fun-4-two asks of you is to wear your personal underwear when trying on items.

We have made returning items to fun-4-two as simple as possible.

At fun-4-two we have made returning any product/items as simple as 1-2-3

1. Fill a return form Once you have submit your return form, we will issue you with our free returns address if you live in the uk.
2. Package up your product safe and securely, making sure to include as much as the original packaging and a copy of invoice from fun-4-two
   This will help us to process your refund or replacement goods, always within 30 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product. PLEASE REMEMBER TO GIVE ALL ITEMS A GOOD THOROUGH CLEANING BEFORE RETURNING TO FUN-4-TWO. IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE ( IE SEX TOYS )
3. Post the item back to fun-4-two,Through your local post office making sure to ask for certificate of posting which is free. Always remember there is no need to send the item recorded delivery.

If returning items from outside the UK

You may return any item purchased from fun-4-two in the same way as if you are living in the uk but you do have to pay for your return posting,this does not apply to faulty goods which we would refund your postage.(proof of fault)

The same principles remain please ensure all items are packaged up carefully including as much of the original packaging from the item including labels,please ensure all items are cleaned before posting especially toys .This is for hygiene purposes.

Please ensure you obtain the proof of posting.

Please include your invoice showing the item purchased, this will help us process your order quicker for either an alternative item or refund whichever you choose.

Fun-4-Two returns policy and your rights

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

At Fun-4-Two, we like to think we go one step further.You can cancel your order within 365 days for a full refund. Your money will be returned within 14 days of cancellation – normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please include details of the fault. We will then resolve the matter. We recommend that all items returned to us are sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local post office will be able to advise.
