Here at Fun-4-Two we do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in plain, discreet packaging. We use a combination of Royal Mail First Class Delivery and Interlink or DHL Courier Services.

Discreet Packaging & Secure Delivery
All Fun-4-Two parcels are sent in plain packaging and all UK parcels must be signed for. If you're out when your order is delivered a card will be left telling you where to collect it, or how to arrange for re-delivery at a time convenient for you.
Tracking Your Order
Your order can be tracked online though www.royalmail.com using the recorded delivery tracking code we can send you by e-mail. For international deliveries, you are responsible for the importation of goods into your country and the liability thereof.
Please contact us immediately about delayed or missing orders or items by email, If your country is not included in the above listing, your order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.
We aim to dispatch your order within one day of receipt and 95% or orders are sent on a next day delivery. If you would like to request urgent dispatch (at extra cost ) such as before 10 am or saturday delivery please contact us for a quote
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled any time before posting. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items orderd by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the companys appointed carrier
We offer a Gift Wrapping service that costs £3.50.
Your chosen gift is wrapped in tissue paper placed in the box,wrapped in wrapping paper (depending on occasion)and then put in a plain box with the address label on .
No invoice will be sent to the persons home in the parcel, it will be sent to your address separately.
